Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy for the mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) shall apply to the information that RSS Rostov Limited Liability Company (PSRN: 1026104363801; TIN: 6168038206; address: 7 Sholokhova Ave., Rostov-on-Don 344019) (hereinafter referred to as the Company) can access from a user device during its use of the Aplaus.tv mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the App).

Using the App shall mean unconditional consent by the user to this Policy and the terms specified therein for processing information received from the user device. In case of disagreement with the Policy, the user shall refrain from using the App.

The App and services therein shall allow the user to interact with the Company based on the User Agreement.

This Policy shall only apply to the App. The Company shall not control or be responsible for the information (the consequences of its transfer) transferred by the user to a third party, if such transfer was performed on a third-party resource, which the user could reach via links from the App.

The Company may change this Policy by posting its new version on the Company's website and/or in the App. The user shall independently familiarize themselves with the current Policy version.

1. Personal User Information Received and Processed by the App

1.1. Under this Policy, Personal User Information shall mean:

1.1.1. Personal information that the user provides about themselves independently during registration (sign-up) or using the App, including their personal data. The user shall provide information at their discretion.

1.1.2 Data automatically transferred to the Company during its use via the App installed on the device, including information from cookies and information about the user device

1.2. This Policy shall only apply to this App. The Company shall not control or not be responsible for the third-party information that the user can access via links available in the App. Such websites may collect or request other personal information from the user and perform other activities.

1.3. The Company generally shall not verify personal information from users or control their legal capacity. However, the Company shall assume that the information transferred to it from users is reliable and keep this information up to date.

2. Purposes of Collecting and Processing Personal User Information

2.1. The App shall collect and store only the personal data necessary to provide services within the App.

2.2. The App may use Personal User Information for the following purposes:

2.2.1. Party identification under agreements

2.2.2. Providing the user with personalized services

2.2.3. Communication with the user, including sending notifications, requests and information on service use and provision, processing user requests and applications

2.2.4. Improving the App quality and usability, development of new services

2.2.5. Conducting statistical and other studies based on anonymized data

3. Terms of Processing Personal User Information and Its Transfer to Third Parties

3.1. Confidentiality of Personal User Information shall be preserved, except when the user voluntarily shares information about themselves with an unlimited number of persons.

3.2. The Company may transfer Personal User Information to third parties in the following cases:

3.2.1. The user has expressed their consent to such actions.

3.2.2. Transfer is necessary during the user's use of a certain service or providing a service to the user.

4. Changing Personal User Information

4.1. The user may, at any time, change, update or supplement Personal User Information or a part thereof by re-filling the form for contacting the service.

5. Measures Used to Protect Personal User Information

The Company shall take all necessary measures to protect any personal data provided by users. Only authorized employees of the Company, third parties (i.e. service providers) or our business partners who have signed a personal data privacy agreement shall have access to personal data. All Company employees with access to personal data shall adhere to the personal data privacy policy. In order to ensure personal data privacy, the Company shall maintain an appropriate environment and take all measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access (hacking).

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy. Applicable Law

6.1. The Company may make changes to this Privacy Policy. When making changes, the current edition shall feature the last update date. The new Policy revision shall come into force since its publication, unless otherwise provided by the new Policy revision.

6.2. Russian law shall apply to this Policy and the relationship between the user and the Company arising due to Privacy Policy application.
